Replacement & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kiry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. 

Replacement:

To ensure that your night guard meets your needs as much as possible, we offer a free replacement policy. This includes issues such as manufacturing errors, improper fit due to impression inaccuracies, operational mistakes like typing errors, or any other errors caused by Kiry that result in an improper fit, such as being too loose or too tight, causing discomfort, package loss, or insufficient product quantity.

This policy does not cover natural wear and tear, such as the night guard wearing down due to teeth grinding, discoloration due to improper care, bacterial buildup, wrong thickness, size selection or any other issues not caused by Kiry. Such issues may incur a replacement fee if needed.

If the replacement involves the need to reproduce the product, the customer must return the defective product for necessary testing and technical investigations. If the old product cannot be returned, the replacement process cannot proceed.

This is what makes customization different from over-the-counter sales. And the shipping cost of the replacement is covered by us.

Refund:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your night guard within 60 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the item. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
