Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kiry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. 


To make sure you get a custom Night Guard that fits perfectly, we will provide you with a free adjustment if you think anything doesn't fit. This is what makes customization different from over-the-counter sales. And the shipping cost of the adjustment is covered by us.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your night guard within 60 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item.  Once we receive your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. 


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the item. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
